Yoga for kids is a course that has been crafted mindfully for the younger generation champions. Yoga promotes both physical and emotional wellbeing for the practitioners. This course is designed and structured by yoga and pedagogy experts addressing all the learning goals in New education policy 2020 and The United nations.
During this course, kids will practice yoga to increase body awareness through static and dynamic positioning techniques. The kids will be introduced to a sequence of practices and build on that framework depending on their bodies. The sessions consist of structured movements for muscles, the spine, and all the joints. Every session will have breathing exercises.
This course would help develop physical strength and flexibility in children, emotional regulation, enhance memory and concentration, increase awareness, impart mindfulness, and develop discipline.
